In 1999, Compuplot implemented survey and cadastral software in the twelve Land Boards in Botswana. The software bas been subsequently upgraded to InfoMate and implemented in all the Land Boards as well as the Department of Surveys and Mapping (DSM).
The Land Boards use InfoMate to support their general survey requirements, systematic adjudication, computation of township layouts and the production of survey records for approval by the DSM. InfoMate is a vital component of the land survey, allocation and registration process that provides titles to land rights for citizens of Botswana.
Compuplot has an on-going relationship with the DSM and Land Boards and provides software support and maintenance and periodic training sessions.
