Broad-based black economic empowerment

Compuplot is a level four contributor. We recognise the need for empowerment through skills transfer and, to this end have implemented a skills transfer program. Over the past fifteen years, we have trained and mentored formally disadvantaged employees as GIS Technicians or GIS Specialists. To complement this strategy, a technology transfer is undertaken as and when the opportunity arises by way of joint ventures or co-operation arrangements.

Training and skills transfer are an important component of our projects. In addition we have trained and mentored over twenty geomatics graduates in-house over the past fifteen years. Most recently, the following land survey graduates interns have been trained: Nozipho Madlala, Nduduzo Sibiya, Lethu Mzimande, Petros Cele, Mondle Nkala, Reggie Hammond.
